Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open and we'll look at your phone right away.
How long does a screen repair take?
Most take about 30 minutes. If your model needs a part ordered, we'll tell you up front how long that takes.
Will I lose my photos and messages?
No. A screen, battery or port repair doesn't touch what's stored on your phone. Backing up first is still a good habit.
What will it cost?
It depends on your model and what's broken. Checking the phone and quoting you is free — you only pay if you decide to go ahead.
My phone got wet. What should I do?
Don't charge it and don't put it in rice. Turn it off and bring it in as soon as you can — the sooner we clean the board, the better the odds.
Do you fix Androids or only iPhones?
Both. iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola and most other Androids, plus iPads and tablets.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. If a repair we did stops working the way it should, bring the phone back and we'll take care of it.
