Before you leave the house
None of this is required — you can walk in with nothing but the broken phone. It just makes the visit quicker.
- Know your passcode. We have to unlock the phone to test the repair properly. If it's a screen repair and the touch is dead, we'll work around it, but knowing the code helps.
- Back it up if you can. Repairs don't touch your data, but a phone that's already damaged can fail at any moment for reasons that have nothing to do with us. iCloud or Google Photos over wi-fi is enough.
- Turn off Find My iPhone if your screen still works. Not essential for most jobs, but it saves a step.
- Take the case and popsocket off and bring them with you.
- Water damage: leave it powered off and don't charge it. Come straight in.

You show us the phone
Tell us what happened and what it's doing. Two minutes of conversation usually narrows it down.
We check it, free
We test the screen, battery health, port and cameras so we're fixing the real problem and not just the obvious one. There's no charge for this and no obligation to go ahead.
You get a firm price and a time
One number, before anything is opened. If we need to order a part for your model, we'll say so and tell you when it lands. If it's not worth repairing, we'll tell you that too.
We do the repair
Most screens and batteries take about half an hour. You're welcome to wait, or go do the rest of your errands in the mall and come back.
We test it with you before you pay
Touch, brightness, front and rear cameras, speaker, mic, charging. You see it working before it goes back in your pocket.
About the parts we use
We stock the common models so most repairs happen the same day. Anything unusual gets ordered in, and we'll give you a real date rather than a vague "soon".
About the warranty
If the part we fitted stops behaving the way it should, bring the phone back and we'll sort it out. Accidental damage after the fact — a new drop, a new crack — is a new repair, and we'll be straight with you about which one it is.
What happens if we can't fix it
Sometimes a board is too far gone, usually after liquid damage or a very hard drop. If that's where we land, you don't pay for a repair that didn't work. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth chasing further, and we'll help you get whatever data we can off it.
That's the whole process
Walk in during opening hours and we'll take it from there.
